Robust Estimators for the Scale Parameter of the Half-Normal Distribution

Abstract

This paper suggests some firm penganggar half normal scale parameter sprinkles . Penganggar firm that is backed up by statistical linear combination orderly . Efficiency of each firm with respect penganggar assessed by comparing it with the minimum variance penganggar carefully obtained than kaedah maximum probability , and carefully penganggar kaedah moment . There were a maximum probability penganggar easy terjejas with the presence of outliers compared with penganggar kaedah moment . The study also found that the power of two errata penganggar min order statistics is much smaller compared with the power of two min corrected for both the maximum probability penganggar and moments when the data contaminated by outliers . Decisions we collect linearly combined statistics indicate penganggar orderly firmer and has a high efficiency with point 15 % destroyed .
